What is the difference between egg donor pregnancy and traditional pregnancies
There is no Difference as such once pregnancy is confirmed, however in Egg donation cases there will support provided in the form of progesterone and estrogen medication to decrease risk of miscarriage.
Estrogen will be given from day 2/3 of menstrual cycle to prepare the Endometrial lining to receive the embryos. Usually this is given for 7 to 10 days. Followed by 6 days of Progesterone preceding embryo transfer
