When does the embryo reach the blastocyst stage?
In conventional IVF the embryos are grown for 2 to 3 days before they are transferred back to the uterus. These have to continue developing inside before they reach the blastocyst stage. But the blastocyst stage has a better implantation potential. So, when the embryos are transferred to the uterus at this stage, these are better quality embryos and increase the chances of pregnancy.
At Kiran Infertility centre, all Embryo transfers are done at Blastocyst stage to maximise the chance of pregnancy.
